From word to action
NEXTSTEP's advice is based on a number of simple methods and tools that we have developed over 20 years of tasks.
With them as a basis, we ensure that, together with our partners, we create sustainable concepts, effective actions, high visibility and a well-thought-out organization.
What is a concept?
In cooperation with Nextstep, you will not hear us suggest projects, long reports and years of progress. We work with actionable concepts that can be adapted and widely used. And often they will be ready in 100 days.
"A good concept is so good that the moment it has been described on a napkin or slide, the recipient can understand it and the recipient has been touched emotionally. There's something emotional, yes, logical in it. And then you start shopping." Claus Bindslev, CEO NEXTSTEP
ACTION - COMMUNICATION - ORGANISATION
About action, communication, organization
Once we have determined the dream we want to achieve – that is, our vision – and the way we want to go – our mission – we insist that we get a handle on our action, communication and organization. What actions are needed to bring about the change we want? What messages and channels are needed? And who is going to help us make that happen.
"It's very simple to take these three elements, but if you don't, it's going to fall apart." Claus Bindslev, CEO NEXTSTEP

The Strategy House

The Strategy House
One of the tools we use a lot is the strategy house. We use it both when we start a strategy process and an alliance. The house shows and clarifies why we should act, how we should act – and where to act.
The house creates a common overview and a reference point from which we can plan our work.
FROM PROJECT TO CONCEPT
From project to concept
If solutions are to be sustainable and scalable you have to work with concepts rather than projects. Projects are characterized by a limited amount of time, ownership lies with the creator - and cannot be scaled or copied. Concepts, on the other hand, are not limited by a specific period of time, and ownership lies with the target group. The ones affected, or the ones acting owns the concept themselves. Concepts can be scaled and copied to achieve the desired effect.
"In our world, we work hard to create concepts because everyone can understand them, everyone can engage with them and everyone can scale them. (...) The risk decreases because not one man has to succeed with everything, and you get many more senders on it." Claus Bindslev, CEO NEXTSTEP
